Well, I lied. I did indeed let a year go by without a post, but it wasn’t 2020. I published chapters of a serial novel that year, plus posted a short story I’d written back in 2001. I have since removed those posts because I am working on expanded, improved versions of both those stories. I do not like public postings of drafts, because 1) no one wants to see my scraps; 2) you’ve written nothing until you’ve re-written it. A lot.

No, the year I let pass without a post was 2021. But wait! That’s not wholly true. See, I made a movie called Lucky Tonight with the talented Ami C. Trowell. We’d like people to see it. In my One Year Later post, I also mentioned a script I was working on. I continued revising it in 2021. I was busy. I liked that.
